Our boulder opal comes from miners in Western Queensland and cut by us locally. The other types of opal are source from close associates and contacts in the opal trade throughout Australia.

Yes we do, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason you are not happy, you can return your item/s- undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days of the shipment date and receive a refund on the purchase price (less shipping costs).Alternatively, you could exchange your item for another.

Yes. To recieve a refund you must return your item/s within 30 days of the shipment date. They must be in their original undamaged condition and packaging. You will be refunded for the cost of the item(but not the shipping costs). We can exchange items if you prefer that option.
